A simple botanical sketch. I really like the way botanical sketches look. Unfortunately, nine times out of ten I just don't have the patience for them. I don't know why that is, but man, more power to the people who can happily sit and record every detail of a plant.

i like your sketch. it reminds me of the ferns that i used to pick every summer when i went to visit my grandmother in a small hill town of india.
i found it looking for a picture of a girl with a fern to go with a blog i've written. keep drawing
